The Arista Therapy Story

Arista Therapy is a paediatric occupational therapy business located in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Arista is completely mobile, meaning that we come to you.  We specialise in providing occupational therapy services for children with disabilities such as cerebral palsy and neuromotor conditions. We pride ourselves on offering professional services that clients can trust and rely on, with a focus on improving the quality of life for children. Our unique selling point is the genuine care and professional service that every client receives.​ Arista Therapy is expanding and offering more to our clientele across Australia. Consulting services are being provided to specialist schools located in Tamworth, NSW and Darwin, NT. This is a service we are very proud of because it allows us to provide these schools the means to develop their own processes internally and thus, create sustainable development in its students all year round.​We believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential and we are committed to helping them achieve their goals.

Meet Katerina 

Katerina Tzoutzidis is an occupational therapist with a depth of experience working with children and young adults across Australia. Katerina has worked in a variety of settings including: private practice, early intervention, mainstream school settings, specialist education and adult services. 

​

Katerina is passionate about assisting individuals to reach their full potential and acknowledges that this is only possible when a holistic team approach is adopted. Katerina has worked with individuals with varying conditions and disabilities including: Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Genetic conditions and Intellectual Disabilities. Specifically, Katerina is known for her extensive experience working with individuals with physical disabilities including those who use Argumentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Katerina started Arista Therapy in 2020 with the hope of making a difference in the lives of individuals and their families. Since then, Arista therapy has expanded its services now providing education, mentoring and consultation across Australia.

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (honours) 2018

  • Published in Australian Occupational Therapy Journal 

  • AHPRA registered  

  • Member of OT Australia
